With our team’s efforts, the company has taken a significant step forward by creating a modern user environment, optimized for both desktop and mobile devices. This new solution ensures that financial accounting remains efficient and user-friendly across any device, meeting contemporary technological standards.
One Product – Two Versions
Our developed “Finvalda” financial accounting application offers two versions tailored to different user needs. The first version allows users to download the product for free and access basic features after a simple registration process. The second, professional version provides access to comprehensive “Finvalda” business management functionalities, including advanced features and data management. This solution allows users to choose the most suitable option based on their individual needs and business requirements.
UX / UI Solution
Considering the ever-changing user behavior patterns, we developed a minimalist design solution that ensures intuitive and efficient use. As the “Finvalda” product will be frequently used by the same users, we focused on quick access to key functions. Creating new documents or accessing frequently visited areas was optimized, allowing users to perform actions with just a few clicks. This solution helps save time and increases work efficiency, taking into account users’ needs and habits.
Data Synchronization
One of the major challenges during the development process was synchronizing large volumes of corporate data. Our solution includes advanced loading dynamics that optimize data management and allow for quick access to the desired information. Working with Documents
In the full version of Finvalda, the rapid creation and editing of documents is seamlessly integrated with inventory levels and pricing recommendations. Using this feature, users can easily upload documents into the system by simply photographing them. User Management
The system provides comprehensive user editing capabilities, allowing the assignment of data from multiple companies to a single user and the management of report access for users at different levels. Path to Sale
In the initial version of the product, the complete process from the initial proposal to the sale and invoice issuance has been implemented. Users can send emails directly from the application and update the sales status, streamlining the entire sales workflow.
